As of April 24, 2010, Oxford Court average values for last six months as follows:
1 Active Home for Sale, $310/SF, 107 days on market (DOM);
3 Pending Sales, $331/SF, 50 DOM;
1 Closed Sale, $338/SF, 145 DOM.
Analysis: declining values; values solidly higher than Irvine and OC averages.
